Best for Brides who need a little extra help before the Ceremony with photos and prep or solely Reception Help.
Included in the Flower Petal:
Care for 1-3 children
Help leading up to the ceremony and making sure the kiddos get down the aisle
Assistance with children’s outfit changes, photography assistance, nap/ quiet time, snacks, and quiet activities.
Dance floor supervision, designated area for children during the reception.
*if there are more children that need care its an additional $50/child
Included in Ring Bearer:
Care for 1-4 children
3 Hours before ceremony plus care all the way through cocktail, dinner, & reception.
assistance with outfit changes, naps, & photos
Bringing the kids too and from the venue and making sure they are where they need to be on time.
quiet activities during wedding, assistance during dinner if needed, separated area for children during wedding.
*if additional children are needing to be added it’ll be an additional $100/ child
Included:
Care for 1-5 children
Full day with children assisting with naps, meals, activities, getting to photos on time, ceremony help, activities before dinner and during reception.
Take home activity bags, and quiet time to wind down during reception.
*if additional childcare is needed for more than 5 children there is a $100/ child fee.

What is The Midwest Wedding Nanny?
We are your guide to an even more seamless wedding day. In an age of child free weddings,( which we totally get), to not having anyone able to put your child down for a nap, during the busiest part of the day. I saw a need for the bridal party and guests coming in from out of town that would need child care during all the festivities and moving parts of a wedding day!
Here’s where we come in. From mid-morning activities, snacks, and a nap. Helping the kids get dressed for the day, to gathering the kids for pictures, ceremony help, dinner assistance, and activities during the reception. All the way through the end of the day when the last guest has left. We coordinate, set up, play, take down, and make sure the littlest guests are having the best time, while the adults are having their time!
